Dorco Squad
Working with us through their PR agency Weber Shandwick, Dorco wanted a new live action video that highlighted the idea of an “emergency shave squad” – their solution to the common issue of a woman wanting to shave prior to going to work or out.
The video would reinforce the idea that Dorco has their customers’ backs when they need it, offering a quick, clean and comfortable shave.
The Concept
We knew a light-hearted concept would be required to address the client’s brief so came up with the idea of a dramatic scene featuring a female employee realising she needs to shave before her scary boss gets to her office and calling in the Dorco shave squad to save the day.
Shot in the style of the intro of Ocean’s 11 with a small cast and crew we added comic style graphic frames to introduce the characters and help the narrative.
